Return and Refund Policy
***Due to COVID-19 Please make note that all returns and refunds must be approved by our office and our factory. The approval process takes 5-10 business days after we investigate the reason for the return.*** Also since we are not the actual factory, we are reselling and we have to also get a refund from the factory/warehouse so we can return funds to the buyer. Same day refunds are not offered at MedProtect Global Supplies on bulk orders over 10,000 pieces.
We stand behind the products we sell but remember we are not the manufacturer so we may run into a few issues that go undetected in our inspection. All our merchandise is brand new in the original manufacturer's packaging. Customers are responsible for shipping charges. Items with free shipping are offered for ease and convenience and have a shipping charge imputed into the total cost. All price and payments must be in US currency. Please understand that all sales are final, with the following exceptions.
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately for a replacement of the items that are defective. Defective returns will be accepted for exchange or repair, at our approval, within 7 days from the date of delivery. If there is no exchange or repair we have the right to impose 10 - 30% restocking fee, based on the condition of the item returned. No refunds or credit will be granted after 7 days of delivery. The terms of the manufacturer's warranty will still apply - please contact the manufacturer directly for warranty information.
A product must be diagnosed "defective" by a member of MedProtect Global Supplies Staff and the manufacturer before we can accept it as a defective return. If an item is claimed to be defective and after testing is found not to be defective, your refund quest will be denied.
Please save all packaging materials until you are confident that your item is not defective. Many of our manufacturers require the original packaging when sending an item back. Items without original packaging may be subject to a 10-30% restock fee or possible rejection of credit. You are responsible for properly and securely packing the returned item to avoid any damage.
Limited Return Policy Items
Defective Items - If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. Your complaint much be submitted in writing via email to our office within 7 days from the date of delivery or we have the right to automatically reject your refund request. No refunds or credit will be granted after 7 days of delivery of the product. Items must be returned to us in original packaging with all tags attached, with all packaging, manuals, accessories, and UPC label with an unbroken seal. Please contact the manufacturer directly for warranty issues after. If any brokers or salesmen have received a commission payout they will be responsible to refund the funds to also pay back the purchasing company.
Undeliverable, Unauthorized or Refused Returns
MedProtect Global Supplies will not accept unauthorized returns or exchanges. Packages without a Return Authorization will be refused upon return to our warehouse. Additional charges may apply if the merchandise is not returned in 100% complete condition in the original, unopened packaging.
If your product is undeliverable or on backorder over 30 days for domestic products or over 90 days for international productions you may apply for a refund. A refund must be requested via email at . If brokers were paid on orders our company will also start the refund process with their chain and also the factories and warehouses who may have products on backorder. It takes 5-10 business days to investigate a refund for orders over 10,000 pieces. Same day refunds on bulk orders are not possible at MedProtect Global Supplies LLC. Refunds normally take 30-60 days on orders over 10,000 if other parties were paid out. Take in consideration that we are ordering products at this time during a pandemic, the supply chain, customs clearance and shipping chain is also experiencing a pandemic due to Covid-19.
We cannot process your return until we inspect the product and approve the return and refund.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages caused by shipping, freight company of factory. Once the return is processed and approved, a credit to your account or issuance of a check may take 14-21 business days.
Please be aware that our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. The Customer is responsible for shipping and handling charges on all returned items.
